Business Development Manager
Night Vision Devices, (NVD), is seeking a Business Development Manager that will support the business and strategic development, growth and performance of Night Vision Devices business within several different markets. Specifically, the successful candidate will work with the CEO and report to the Director-Business Development to support and be responsible for (NVD’s) business strategies within several markets.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support all activities necessary to establish, perform and grow specific market opportunities. Business objectives include creating, and shaping a set of strategic plans, programs, and relationships, consistent with the organizations strategy, that achieve targeted results.
2. Develop and maintain meaningful strategic customer focused relationships with current and prospective customers to contribute to the growth of the current and adjacent market areas.
3. Develop and maintain milestones and metrics to measure the progress of strategic plans, projects, and programs against organizational goals and objectives and growth targets.
4. Through technical expertise and reputation in our market areas; facilitate shaping strategic customer requirements in order to achieve potential long term market and business development objectives and opportunities.
Prior Sales experience within law enforcement, government, or military preferred. High School and College degree preferred.
